I'd been blathering on about having difficulty voting to repeal some well intentioned, but poorly drafted resolutions because without a replacement on the books I find it problematic to ignore the larger policy statement made by the original. As I'd said my piece, I just decided to shut up and vote as I saw fit.

Personally, I think it may be an issue of how to code it into NationStates. So it may not be an easy thing.
