Actually Mikitivity has an objection:

Let's say that there is a war and wounded are flown to Saint Katrina, Mikitivity for treatment, but one of the parties objects on the grounds that they don't feel enemy soldiers should be treated. As a humanitarian nation, this resolution reads as though it would be a stop to that.
