You would have thought being a more general resolution this would have outpolled the Tsunami resolution, but that was not the case. Wierd.

Now that this is out of the way, can we discuss whether there needs to be a resolution on building standards that applies to public buildings and that mat be applied to other buidings to cotribute to emergency preparedness for all types of natural disasters, including tsunami?
