The delegation from Huenya votes AYE on the applications of both Lao Sansong and Mallacaland. We have grave reservations about Lao Sansong, but do not feel denying a state membership is the best way to address those reservations.
The delegation from Manabí Rive votes AYE to Mallacaland and NAY to Lao Sansong. It is our belief that Lao Sansong should be receiving sanctions from LIDUN rather than membership.
