John Woods sat in his new cell, he had been at Ward Creek Prison for 1 week, however today he had a visitor. His cell opened and walked down the hall, flanked by an officer, he had been confronted by a few of his fellow prisoners, often going after him as a member of the United Front, he had begun to hang out with other United Front members. He had been sentenced to 15 Years in jail, however, his lawyers had applied in the lower courts. He entered the phone booth and spoke with a man on the other side, it was a man in a black suit, with a tie and a small Slokasaian Red Bear pin, the symbol of Slokasian Consertivtism.
"Are, you Luke Delray?" John Woods said
"Yes, I am here to ask for your support in the race to replace you"
"I see, you must however make sure you dont lose, its part of the plan"
"Of, course our party is rising, I heard that soon the Conservatives could fold under our pressure"
"Alright, how is Micheal"
"Good, everything is going well, they dont know"
"Good, I think I can get behind you as the candidate"
John Woods won his seat in 2018 yet he only managed to edge out other conservatives with National Alliance being a close third. His seat was not the strongest seat, but he had done okay, holding it. So far Delray was leading with 4 other candidates behind him.
George Oliver had been party leader for many years, yet today he would break away from his own party, he had already filed with the elections committee and soon he would make his announcement, he has named his new party the New Conservatives. The rest of the party leadership had been giving him trouble for his Yes vote in the case of John Woods, some had thrown around Jospeh Zhang becoming party leader and combining with the Centrists. However, he knew that the other coalition was having some issues of their own. Many within National Alliance disliked his increasing movements toward being a Social Democrat and his actions in regards to the United Front and the Kaijan League.
"Are you ready, Mr. Chen?" he said to his fellow colleague from Pont Lee Province
