The Streets of New Liverpool were quiet as military transports moved soldiers into the city, by dawn every major street was watched by a squad of troops each armed, most just waiting around a few conducted arrests as many with the United Front has warrants out for them.

He did something surprising he hugged him and said "why do you hate me"

"Exactly, Now get our on with your day," he said

In the Capitol District part of town, the area was heavily guarded and behind all that, Joseph Chavez was getting called by many within. In the video, a squad of troops burst down the door of a man they said had committed a minor drug offense a week before. The squad had their bodycams off and so did local police and had their guns drawn, their video had been recorded by the son of the man being arrested.
Joseph Chavez know had a choice to make, risk attacks from the right or listen to those on the left and risk being attacked from within his own party. He wanted to make the choice to move the troops back into just the government parts of the city, however, he would be called for not caring for the safety of his citizens, however, if he did not move he would be called out and lose support with his allies and passing laws would become difficult until they were moved back.

He decided he should move the troops to around the capital and within train stations as the real threat of attacks could come against things like that. Know he would just have to give the order. However, he got ready for the blowback he would get from those who said he did not care about the security of some of his citizens.
