Joseph Chavez signed the bill that would increase security within New Liverpool. First, The Army would come in to make sure no more riots happened as well as maintain order if a conflict arose again. The bill would also launch a full-scale investigation of the United Front and begin to find and arrest anyone who was connected with them as well making it a crime to be involved with the United Front. The bill passed by House 312-80-10 with no much opposition just some who thought the bill put to much power in the hands of the government.

As the pen of Joseph Chavez hit paper, he made some short remarks on it.
"I hope this new legislation can help improve our security and safety as well going after the United Front"

"I can see why there would get involved in a matter like this, as their citizens were attacked, many no longer feel safe here, I appreciate the help they can give"
"What about the Kaijan League," another reporter said
"We shall continue our various efforts against them, this in no way ends our involvement there"
"What do you say to the people who think this is an overreach"
"It is not an overreach why and just making sure that this kind of violence does not happen again, we will not impend on your rights in favor on security, thank you," he said
