He managed to get a lot of people to vote for him because of promises to bring back jobs to Windsor. He also called Robert Santos “a markist” this helped get votes from the older populations who remembered the revolution in the 1960s when Socialist strongman Juan Costa took over.

Richard Liu: Yeah, Joseph Chavez is doing well, though he will probably not be 50% though neither will Joseph Zhang or any other candidate. So this looks to be more likely to be a battle won by the second and even third ballots.
