As they followed the vehicles into Kaijan City I think everyone realized what they were doing. “Contact Kaijan PD and tell them to block the S-108 towards the airport,” said Officer Isias

A few minutes later as planned the vehicle sped onto an off-ramp towards the airport. Up ahead a blockade of vehicles was blocking the road. The target pulled off an amazing j-turn and drove through the barrier and onto the service road. The convoy follows drove through the barrier that the target had made. Traffic moved to the side as the vehicle moved up the service road. Then it turned into a supply yard under the highway and crashed through some storage crates before coming out on the other side of the highway. As they approached the airport the car drove into an empty parking lot they chase continued through the buildings around the airport.
Hector Villiba was with some officers telling them what he saw when a vehicle began to approach the convention center.
“If you fire on that vehicle I will kill the hostages,” said a terrorist who seemed to be the leader of this group. The other vehicles moved out of the way as the vehicle moved through them and into the plaza where the terrorists were sitting out of the back 4 or so armed men came out carrying more weapons as well some computers. They looked like the suspects from Provincetown and the terrorists seemed to be happy when they came out and some went over and coulgated them on their mission. At that moment he saw a large group of police park behind a maze of vehicles and people that were surrounding the building.
“We chased him here they seem to have a large cash supply considering they seem to have a lot of members and lots of good tech,” one of them said
“How have we not noticed them before,” Hector asked
“I don't know but that is no one we will not get an answer to” he replied
“Did you hear that a member of the ambassador's team is missing?” Hector said
“He is either dead or he could have been in on it the whole time” he wondered
“Who knows?” Hector said.
