AoP will soon be concluding with peace talks to be held in [nation]Laeral[/nation], in the city of Jinyu. If you are interested in sending a delegation to these talks, either as an involved party to the conflict or as an observer, please complete the following below:
1) Name of country:
2) Leader of delegation and their title:
3) Other officials (such as diplomats or military attaches) who will be part of your delegation, with titles:
4) Number of security personnel (no more than 10, please):
5) Total number of delegation (no more than 30, please):
6) Total number of vehicles (no more than 5, please):
7) Goals of your delegation for the talks:
Please note that the number of officials and security personnel present in the room where the talks are being held will be limited for space and safety.
Also, as a ground rule, while the talks will undoubtedly be heated, attendees will be expected to refrain from any violent actions and will cause a significant diplomatic issue with the host nation, and possibly other attending nations, if they attempt to break that rule.
