Fleura is the largest province of Lauchenoiria, and home to its capital of Buttercity. Situated in the north-east, it borders both Kerlile and Kvask, and is the central hub of Lauchenoirian politics. Relatively unaffected by the war, Fleura remained in pro-Chaher hands throughout the conflict, and few battles were fought in the city. This has led to the province being less affected by the changes of the war, and is usually fairly average in its voting tendencies.
