Yervia is known for being the most left-wing, liberal province of Lauchenoiria. It is home to many anarchists, and “city of protests” Usera. During the war, much of the province was held by Kerlians, and it was there that “Sonja Viratnen” and Josephine Alvarez were captured by the Kerlians during the war. The province is known for its non-traditional political views, and its large student population. Some also say the influence of Kvask to the east is also partly the cause of the politics in Yervia.
