Ulinaria is a western province of Lauchenoiria. It contains the city of Ecanta, and is the second agricultural province, alongside Ecanta. During the war, it changed hands slowly, and was the site of various covert operations, but did not have many battles. For that reason, the province came out relatively unscathed. People in Ecanta are Spanish-speaking and tend to have strong accents that make it sometimes hard for non-Lauchenoirians to understand.
