Butterfly Island, the smallest geographical province, but with a larger population than Aeluria, is the wealthiest part of Lauchenoiria, and has no native population, having been free of humans until the 20th century when it was settled by Lauchenoirians. It is the technology hub of Lauchenoiria and where most advanced industries are based. Due to the business community on the island, it tends to vote for more economically right-wing parties, and the Liberals struggle on the island since the war.
