Terrorist attack on Xiomeran Embassy
The Xiomeran Embassy in the Lauchenoirian capital, Buttercity, was the subject of a cowardly terrorist attack early this morning.
The attack, which damaged property in an attempted firebombing, was unsuccessful due to the ineptitude of the terrorists and the quick action of the brave ASI agents assigned to guard the embassy. No injuries were reported, and the Embassy quickly resumed normal operations under heightened security.
The attack was conducted by two dissident traitors currently taking refuge in Lauchenoiria, officials confirmed.
In addition to the previous charges against them, the two individuals calling themselves journalists, Tlixō and Xōne, are now wanted for terrorism charges for their attack earlier today on the Xiomeran Embassy in Lauchenoiria. "The attempted firebombing of an embassy is clear proof of the violent and malevolent nature of these individuals. In light of these new events, we hope the Lauchenoirian government will reconsider its previous unwise refusal to extradite these individuals to Xiomera," Secretary of Justice Cuicanan said. The Secretary added that this terrorist act "shows that all of these so-called reporters are just violent separatists hiding behind the guise of journalism."
"These individuals are clearly growing more aggressive, violent and radicalized as time goes on. Any nation harboring them should consider the risk that providing such terrorists a safe haven poses to their own people, and reconsider granting them sanctuary," the Secretary added. "Giving a snake a home doesn't guarantee the snake won't bite you."
