Olympic Committee 2018/2019 (OOC Planing)

Via direct communications method I have learned that Shuell’s climate is relatively cold, even in the summer. To quote Shuell:
Quote:The climate of Shuell is similar to a subpolar oceanic climate, that features cold summers, large amounts of storms, little sunshine, and common snowfall. There are on average around 3 months of temperature around 40 °F (4.4 °C) with temperatures rarely falling under 8.6 °F (-3.0 °C). and in the warmest months the maximum temperature is below 56 °F (13.3 °C,) and in the coldest months, the highs are just above freezing, with the lowest temperatures falling far under freezing tem
perature. Temperatures over 68 °F (20 °C) are generally treated as extreme weather events, even in the summer. In general, the climate is cold and may be uncomfortable for those unused to lower temperatures.”
