Male presidential candidates release childhood information in solidarity with female counterparts

Male presidential candidates and other politicians have released birth certificates and childhood photographs following calls by supporters of Lauchenoiria First and others who demanded detailed information and childhood photographs from female candidates in order to ‘prove they are not a Kerlian sleeper agent’.

Male candidates today released such information, including birth certificates, school reports and childhood photographs in solidarity with their female counterparts, calling the demands by Lauchenoiria First supporters ‘paranoid and sexist’. This included incumbent president Rogelio Paloma, who is standing as an independent candidate in the election.

Last year it was revealed that Prime Minister Charissa Clarke, the successor to Suleman Chaher who was behind the coup which started the civil war, was in fact a Kerlian sleeper agent, trained during childhood to infiltrate Lauchenoiria as part of the so-called ‘Aurora Programme’. Clarke has not admitted to this charge, however refused to return to Lauchenoiria after the conclusion of the peace talks in Haven, Sanctaria.

Among those who released information are: incumbent President Rogelio Paloma, Left Alliance presidential candidate Ruaridh Nicolson, and Lauchenoirian Democratic Alliance (LDA) presidential candidate Alex Marwick. The latter will be known to supporters of the Lauchenoirian Resistance during the civil war as the man behind a series of clandestine anti-Chaher broadcasts throughout the conflict. The trio were accompanied by a number of male parliamentary candidates, and the leader of the Aelurian Independence Party (AIP), Nazario Macías.

Amina Sampson, Feminist Party presidential candidate, publicly thanked the men for their solidarity, calling Paul Doberman a “classic misogynist, who is using Kerlile as an excuse to cast doubt upon the ability of women to lead”. She has called upon Lauchenoirians to reject his rhetoric. Last week, the Feminist Party released documents detailing their funding in full, in order to prove they were not funded by Kerlile. This, plus a backlash among women to Doberman’s comments, is said to have contributed to their surprising rise in the polls despite the Kerlian invasion last year.
