My wife & I have two Keeshonds. As protectors of those two dogs, we know the long and politically charged history of the breed in the Netherlands.
It was just a bonus when I came upon the IDU as a region and several folks from the Netherlands had nations there.
The last question, it's Keeshond on this side of the pond as well. Full Dutch pronounciation of "Kayz-hund."
