As some others do, you might want to ask the NS game mods to bless the final draft you want to submit before you submit it.
I'm trying to get a better feeling for the one part of the new guidelines that prefers less of an emphasis on UN committees.
It would be possible, I think to recast this so the Authority is mentioned less than it is now, if necessary, but that is an area I'd be concerned with.
As to the adjective that describes water and air travel, those are usually fulfilled by the words "marine" and "aviation".
