For the avoidance of doubt, and perhaps I didn’t phrase it properly in discord because I’m a bit stressed and wasn’t thinking clearly, the question of “where is Jonas Kelley” is an out-of-character question because I have yet to reach an agreement with another person as to whose nation he is in.

In character, I assume the governments of Lauchenoiria and Laeral are aware of his location and were before they filed a grievance against him. So it shouldn’t be a problem from an in-character perspective.

Jonas Kelley can be in Gonhog. Probably taking residence in a neutral embassy, possibly Shuell.

Otherwise, I have no grievances. Any that have happened have no evidence behind them.

Kelly pulling a Julian Assange would be pretty cool. We could make a whole deal out of orchestrating his capture, working with Shuell, (if it was their embassy) to kick him out, etc.
