It is just a group of fishing villages and the outlying area so small. Probably more on the eastern/southern coast, but the exact placement is up to you. I also know that Bonalando wanted a spot on that Island so obviously leave the room for him/her to build on any of the coasts If you would be so kind as to do so. Thank you.
