These ideas all seem fine from my perspective. What kinds of details should we start planning for the roleplay? (I have very little experience roleplaying.)

I took part in a NS Winter Olympics roleplay in February of this year. A lot of what people did as role play entries was news articles about matches, interviews with athletes, scenes of the athletes training for future matches, that kind of thing. You're basically writing a story about your athletes, but it's up to you what format that story takes.
