A capital idea. The soccer (football, futbol) fans of the Empire are a rowdy (but non-violent) lot and are tingling in anticipation.
Two questions: 1) Is this a national team or club tournament? I'm assuming nats, as you referenced rankings, but I just want to be clear.
2) What's the accronym for the IDU Football Assoc.? I.e., UEFA, CONCACAF, AFC, etc.
