"My Friends, a great tragedy has befallen our great International Union. Our allies are actively battling against one another! Yet here we stand, pacifists, the whole lot of us! We choose not to fight. We chose to let our allies die by each other's weapons. Too long we have watched from the relative safety of the shadows.
This is not a declaration of War against Alura, nor is this a call to arms. I am just asking you, the people of this nation. Will we not aid in the restoration of peace in the IDU?
