Hello!
The forum marquee has been replaced with an editable newsbox.
Now anyone with the appropriate permissions (Admin, Delegate, Ministers, and IDUSA Speaker) can edit the newsbox. They just come to to this forum, go into the NewsBox subforum, and edit the sole post there.
No more waiting on me or needing to fiddle with the ACP.
