After careful deliberation, the government of the Republic of Valendia wishes to formally extend a request to become a part of the International Democratic Union. We believe that our nation's ideals for governance and vision for the future of affairs both domestic and international align most closely with the Union, and in all sincerity believe that we as a people can contribute effectively to its health and growth.
