IC, I cast my own vote for, since I'd lent my support in drafting. But I'm not sure how I want the regional vote cast.
See, I just changed my ambassador, and I haven't gotten around to figuring his stand on this. I'm tempted to say that this guarantees rights to people who ought to have them, but then I'm also tempted on the NatSov front. (I've been hanging around with Knoot too much...)
