In taking a quick look at the ACP for the forum section management, it looks as if we may have to manually double-check the forum settings for each of the subforums. I noticed we have user groups who can "read" but cannot "view" various subforums, and I'll wager that's where some of the problems are rooted.
We also need to doublecheck user group settings, and that's from my experience with the TNP forum upgrade last summer.

edited to add; I've updated the user group colors since Zetaboards prefers the use of BBCode colors rather than HEX, which is common for HTML coding.
