Yeah. I was going to vote for it (with tremendous reservations) until I saw that it was being re-drafted. FFs would advocate a complete collapse of borders and hence the end of the concepts of emigration/immigration. But since we're pragmatic and recognizes that the world isn't necessarily what we'd like it to be, we find Section 2 to be particularly problematic. Presumably the Resolution is intended to in spirit to protect individuals from repressive states. Hence, the idea of military draft dodging and 'criminal' conviction makes no sense.
