Unless someone can show how this goes against standard clinical practice, I'm for.
As regarding legality - once it's on the floor, that's not something that can really be considered. I agree, it doesn't really fit under 'Social Justice', but the time for that is past. Even should it be judged illegal, that couldn't be cited as a reason to repeal.
