When asked what sort of world I wanted it to be in, my choice was "Medium-sized world, with War disabled", which resulted in it being placed in 'World 2'... So if anybody else here gets invited in, and wants to be in the same world, that's the criteria to specify...
Unfortunately one can't upload a customised flag unless one has paid for 'Ambassador' status...
