[OOC:Oh god, I haven't updated this for a while have I?]
The official candidates for the Liberal leadership are as follows:
Selwyn Gregor, age 35, 83 nominations. Seen as young, charismatic and ambitious by supporters; detractors state lack of experience. Wants to cross party lines to achieve national strength.
Felix Walsh, age 58, 76 nominations. Whilst having been unsuccessful previously, his supporters say he is the man for the job, and (whilst frequently saying the opposite of Gregor) say he is experienced, and tough. Also unlike Gregor, he often talks about proving that other parties are 'unfit' to lead Cachette de Lions. Detractors say he has no real sense of the word 'liberal', and also that he's just a bitter crackpot.
Alan Parazscia, age 29, 38 nominations. Frequently appears drunk, and when he is sober, talks about how the power of magic will help to restore the nation to its former glory. When journalists are puzzled at this, he takes out his wand and mutters spells at them, attempting for them to see 'the light'. Supporters were mostly smoking pot when they nominated him.
Laura Sayne-Blanc, age 42, 38 nominations. Says that it is best that the nation restores its flagging economy first. Seen as the most conservative candidate.
Jan Kemp, age 79, 33 nominations. Wants to ensure the superiority of older members of the house over younger members. Needless to say, all those who nominated him were over 60.
(OOC: I'll set up a poll soon.)
