I enjoy making up cities, so here's my descriptions (names from an English-Tagalog translator, populations are rank-size, Random.org style)
Puhunan-Puhunan is the largest city of TPA (obviously), is located on the main island of Pulo, and rather like Tokyo in its cultural dominance of the country: there is a belief among "pigs", or residents of Puhunan, that everyone who doesn't live there, wants to: this belief is vindicated by many residents of other cities. Puhunan=Tokyo
Baboy-Baboy is the second city of TPA: always striving to match Puhunan, but never quite making it. Nevertheless, it is the industrial center of the islands and has quite the nightlife for those interested. It is located against the Tilamsik Bay on the southern island of Karagatan. Baboy=Osaka
Pampasigla-Pampasigla is the second-largest city on Pulo and strives to be the little brother of Puhunan. In a sense, it succeeds: Puhunan residents treat Pampasigla like the little brother they don't really want, but are stuck with anyways. Pampasigla=Yokohama (sort of)
Palibot-Located on the mostly agrarian island of Sayaw, Palibot is an industrial and shipping center for TPA, second to Baboy. Palibot (sort of)=Fukuoka
Damdamin-The second-largest city of Karagatan and its financial hub. Damdamin=Nagasaki (vaguely)
