I've been trying for the past hour and had no luck. I did manage to get on before that.
It is possible that Jolt is still up. But my suggestion: when NS is down, use that time as an excuse to post off-topic stuff (maybe a poll?) or visit one of our many allies regions.
The IDU has embassies in several other regions, and those sub-forums were built specifically for us. We all should feel free to poke in there too!
So instead of peaking in on NS, I've been posting copies of my Mitigating Hydroelectric Power proposal in some of our allied regions.
