Let's simplify the campaign. Divide the list into thirds, give each of us (Mik, Groot, and I ) one-third each, and send a similar telegraph that mentions all three of us as being involved in the development of the proposal. If any of the Nederland region want to join in too, that's OK with me.
I think we had a lot of luck with the Tsunami, when we made clear that several members were involved in the drafting and campaigning for the proposals. It's a pyschological thing, but I think it makes a difference.
Just let me know, give me a couple of days to work on it, just come up with an agreed telegram text and a list for me to work down.
