Sapa Huscar- Nuna Allucha

Palace of the High Sun, Suyn Central, Huscar

Wide streets cut through the planned government complex of the High Sun. Built in the 1300s in the shape of a Puma in the mountains. The Government Conrichana stood in the center, its blend of stone and glass made it the centerpiece of the city. Inside it the Sapa Huscar or “The only huscar” lived and ran the government. He was the center of the government, he planned how the country was run and what was done. In recent years, however, A Realm Council was created to run the day-to-day operations of each government branch, but the Sapa had the final say in what was done. The Sapa Hascar is also the symbol of the sun, the child of Hus, God of the Sun. The Sapa also worked with the Apu of each Suyn or region. There was also Willaq Umu, the leader of the state religious group, the Kay Pacha.

The Pacha was the various realms of existence, and the Kay Pacha was to guide the wills of Hus. Their emblem was the puma, the symbol of Outer Earth. Kay Pacha also managed the farming sector in large state-run farms. This was because farms were traditionally the way of life for the Huscar, and were important for religious events. Also within the High Sun complex was Amau Education Center, this was the school where teachers and educators learned their skills, their job was to head out into the religions of Huscar and teach the people. There was also the Central Purkas, which was the headquarters of the military, who often did various service work during times of peace. There was mandatory service to everyone over 18 for various terms of work. Thus during times of conflict, the army had upwards of 200,000 soldiers.

Outside the main government center, the city of Suyn Central stood within a valley along a high plateau. It is much more modern than the government buildings with its blend of grass terraces and stone, wood, and glass. A central square known as the Tasara, next to it is the train station to the coast and the rest of the world.

Tasara, Suyn Central
Amaru Hasa walked along the street, he was a college student, studying at the University of Suyn Central, soon he would have to return home to begin his service in his community. He lives along the coast in the city of Humachoco within the Suyn South. Although he wanted to help his community, he always wondered what it would be like to have the ability to pick his own destiny in life. For their stages of life, people were often called by what time in their life they were in. For example, Amaru was sometimes called, Amaru Wanya. Wanya meant “unmarried man”, his family often joked that he should change this name. Religiously, Amaru was not very active, sure he had been to the temple every so, often but every time he went he felt like he was worshiping the Sapa instead of the gods and Hus. Although he liked how his college was free, and that he was paid every month, the goal of the Huscar was to simply make sure that every citizen’s needs were met every month. In fact, currency was a new idea, with the Huscar Marks only being used for exchanges of goods. The government did not give you money but rather services. For you to truly make money, you would have to do service or exchange your government service for money. Though that was hard and needed a lot of paperwork done.

Amaru was also a member of an organization, this was known as the New Huscar Movemeant, their goal was to reform the system of government, as well as social freedoms, sure the government planning was good, but in terms of the lives, he wanted more with it. NHM was about to hold a protest, right on the Tasara. However, it would be like a flash mob, as public protests were limited and could be punished by loss of government help and would have to appear before a Toko. A Toko was an educated person who ruled on justice and social matters, their decisions were often formed by the government policy, but that good one used their own judgment. He looked around, he did not see any Mitaquq, but still…

Mitaquq were often the law enforcement in cities, they were part of the military and were often selected from the richest and most well-educated families. Mitaquq was not as bad as the Kay Warriors, who worked for Kay Pacha, they were like secret police and sometimes would raid NHM meetings. The NHM had been the leader in the counterculture movement, Amaru himself enjoyed Larelian and other cultures from East Catica. Huscar itself had been influenced by modern elements in the 90s, but still, Huscar was very nationalistic in nature. All though there was some amount of influence and trade from Xiomera and Milltinca. There were political parties in Huscar at the regional level, but nationwide there was only the Realm Council, a confusing system where 50% came from the Kay Pacha and 50% were voted on by people. However, the guaranteed 50% made social change difficult at best.

At exactly noon hundreds of people pulled out posters and moved to the center of the square, breaking the silence of the lunch rush. One man pulled out a megaphone from his bag. “We demand a New Huscar” he chanted, the crowd responded with the same message. Their protest was working, hundreds of people gathered around to watch, most unsure what to do. Soon however the first helicopter flew overhead, the crowd dispersed quickly. Amaru ran across the plaza, past people running to get out of its way. He ran across the road, barely escaping being run over, he quickly jumped over the fence that surrounded a large park. Once he was in the bushes, he quickly changed into different clothes. The helicopter finally landed at the center of the plaza, out came the Kay Warriors, their yellow and red armor slick with recent rain. They quickly ran around arresting everyone they could.

Amaru took a big sigh of relief, when the helicopter flew away, then however it moved towards his location. They were going after him. He ran through the woods, rubbing dirt on his face to throw off any heat cameras. He had to get into the mountains, there were cameras everywhere in the city, and most purchases would be denied, due to the government's Safety and Security Transaction System. The helicopter was fast and soon it was right above Amaru, he could almost see the pilot's helmets. He then saw the Mitaquaq running through the woods after him. He knew at that moment, it was over, his future, his life. He would be sentenced to do highway improvement in the high mountains. Then he saw it, an officer clad in red drew its weapon and fired a stun blast. The pain hit Amaru, then he blacked out.

He awoke in a dark room, the walls made of carved obsidian, the room was lit by some light bars attached to the ceiling. On the floor was a pile of cornmeal, that he assumed was food. He quickly ate it. Not realizing how hungry it really was, he felt woozy, the stun blast he thought. The only other object in the room was a toilet, and a screen attached to the ceiling. It was playing propaganda footage of Hus and Kay Pacha, in it, children played in front of a temple as playful music played. It then switched to an extremely high-pitched noise, the sound knocking his already achy head. A panel in the wall opened, and two officers in orange armor walked in, batons at their side. In the center was an older man in a faded gray uniform, a Toko he realized. He realized what was going on.
“So you're going to give me an unfair judgment,” Amaru asked
“Of course not,” the old man said
“Dont lie to me, the Kay is watching your every move”
“As a Toko, I find the statement offensive”
The Kay approached and pushed Amaru out of the cell.
His cell was one of many, he quickly saw that there were long hallways leading in all directions, every few meters a cell. There were even a few cells above him, accessible only by lift. They pushed him through the complex. Fair above there was a window, around it was hard mountain rock. Below him were many rows of opaque cubicles. Kay pushed him into an elevator, the ride was quick and they were soon on the floor with the cubicles. The Toko led the way, they passed many other inmates, most still in street clothes, some in yellow jumpsuits. The Kay forced Amaru into a seat within the office of the Toko. Around them were legal books, and various scrolls.
“You, Amaru Wanya Hasu are being changed with unlawful protest, and counter-government activity,” The Toko said
“You have it on camera,” Amaru said
“Indeed we do, we also know the names and locations of everyone in your village”
“No, not the Village Penalty, they will starve”
“That is still up on the table”
“Why did you participate in these unlawful activities”
“Because, I want a New Huscar, one that is reformed and for the people. One was a person is free to express their ideas''
“I see…”
“Do you go to Kay Pacha often”
“Somewhat, I assume you already know this, don't you?”
“....Um yes, and we already have a report from the priest there”
“What did he say”
“That you are good person, and you have done service for your common Huscar”
“And..”
“Your punishment will be lessened, you will serve the Pacha Roads Commission for a 2-year term, you work will also be filmed by the Pachan Broadcasting Company to prevent recurrence for your crimes”
“I see”
The Toko came closer and whispered
“Be glad, they told me to send you to The Cliff”
Toko took him back outside and was received by Kay once again.
They handed him a grey jumpsuit with the seal of the Roads Commission.
“Put these on be back outside in 2 minutes”
He quickly changed into his new jumpsuit and was back outside.
“Go to the orange elevator,” one of the Kay said

The elevator doors opened and Amaru saw where they were. They were on top of a large building built into the mountainside, below him he could see the window from earlier. An orange transport stood there waiting as Amaru joined a group of other inmates. He recognized some from the protest, but not many. He hoped that the rest of those who had been captured had not been taken to The Cliff. Then again they probably did not have the same Toko as he did. They were soon all forced into the bus, and once they were all on, the bus drove forward down the winding road. Outside the sun rose over the mountains, their orange glow brightening the forests below them. The bus stopped soon however at a tunnel, to their left was a large cliff. On top of it, people stood at the edge each with a Kay Pacha at their side, the drop may have had a decent chance of survival, but they would break many of their bones on impact. The tunnel doors opened and the bus moved into the darkness.

The darkness opened up as they drove into a different road, it looked like the access road of a highway, they drove for a while, passing through forests and hills. Then the bus came to a stop as they pulled next to a large building. Once again Kay Pacha ran on board and forced everyone into the building. Inside there was a desk, one by one each inmate was given a tag, and then one key. They were then moved through the building and back outside, there were some trailers in the distance and they were forced to run into them. The key they were given led to a small closet, with a bed and a toilet as well as a helmet as well as plastic utensils.

“We are at the Tinhana Mountain Pass” yelled one of the officers
“You will work 12-hour shifts, your shift will switch every day, if you refuse to do what we ask of you, there will be consequences” he yelled
“Everyone, grab a hammer and get into the tunnel” he yelled
The tunnel was massive about 50 ft tall, workers rushed around into various side tunnels and to a large boring machine about 15 ft tall. A Kay moved the group into a side tunnel.
“Start digging, we need this military tunnel up to the same distance as the main one”

Suyn Central
In the 2018 Elections, the One Huscar Party won 102 of the 124 seats in the Realm Council. Of course, of those 124, 62 were controlled by Kay Pacha. The One Huscar party had ruled Huscar since the 80s, though their lead had gotten less. The other parties included the Huscar Union Party at 14 seats and the Central Party, which was made of people who split off from the One Huscar Party in 2014. Today's session of the Realm Council will be to address a program that would install millions of security cameras that would connect into a central id network.
“Let us begin with a prayer to our glorious sun,” said the Sapa Huscar Tupac Quahaug
“Hus bless us and give us wisdom as you give life to our land, give us this wisdom from your daughter Hana, goddess of wisdom,” said the Speaker of the Realm, her yellow gold crown glimmering above him.
“I would like to begin by saying that this issue is easy, rumors have told me that rebellion may be coming any day now, we must secure our nation through this new system, just as Hus watched over us, we shall watch over the people”
“Objection to that Sapa, Hus does not want this,” said a Council member from the Union Party
“How dare you speak for the Sun, you do not understand Hus, are you a non-believer? Said the Speaker of the Realm
“I go to Temple every day, and I do not support this measure because our people deserve some privacy”
“Not letting this system be implemented only creates trouble, criminals will be allowed to run wild, rebels will rise”
“This council has never respected the rights of the people,” the Union Party council member said
“Then you don't have to be here, Kay Pacha? Said the Speaker of the Realm, she beckoned the guards toward the councilmember
“You have no right to imprison me,” he said as he pushed away
“This is what happens to those who disobey Hus and the Realm Council” the Speaker yelled
“Hail Hus” the Kay Pacha councilmembers yelled

"Let us continue this session," said the Sapa Huscar Tupac
"Indeed, motion to have the bill read for the good of Hus and those members present," said an MP of One Huscar
"That shall be in order," said the Speaker of the Realm said
He began to read in the bill in Ancient Huscar, a language that all govermeant officials had to learn. Ancient Huscar has no terms for individual actions, instead only terms for actions of your group, our group.

Water lapped against the docks of Viru in the Suyn Northern, fishermen walked along it placing down their goods as well as going down to the Distribution Office, the rule was that fish would be exchanged for food vouchers, the fish would then be distributed to restaurants to serve to customers and for nationwide distribution. Hawka Caipa Ñaccha stood outside the building, she had just finished her day at the Acallwasi. Sure she felt lucky she was not sent by Kay Pacha to become a Coya, a religious servant of the god Hana. She was also glad that they did not find her collection of L-Pop CDs smuggled in from abroad. She had taken to what Kay Pacha called “outsider culture”, this was a new idea among the youth of Huscar and it involved listening to foreign music and foreign books. She in fact spoke the best English in her family, then often asked her why she got so good. She would just smile at them and say “Oh, um I am doing well in my English classes at Acallwasi '' she said that in Huscar obviously.
“No foreigner words at the table,” her mother said.
“Only if you find a husband through it” her father joked.

It was only recently that marriages became independent from the Kay Pacha, until 2018 they would decide for you based on age and other factors. She was glad, with her luck she would be married to some mountain man named Vulupi. With her luck she would spend the rest of her life weaving stories with the old ladies at her temple, they had a little group where they would gossip and weave. Hawka did not want that to be her life, she had a interest in the world, yet she knew that it would be hard to leave the country, she was studying politics hoping she would be sent overseas, sure she enjoyed having things taken care of but she felt like she could do more in life if she was free to move around.

Her cellphone rang, it was an older mobile phone, but it was one of the few available as all phones had government sim cards. So older phones were common for those who wanted to stay off the network.
“It's Hawka what?”
“The temple, something is going on, some sort of ceremony,” her friend said
“Okay, I don't care what happens at the temple”
“It's a sacrifice”
“Be right there”

She ran down the docks passing fisherman as she went, she ran onto the street heading towards the temple at the center of town. She then turned towards the temple, the farms, then the highway, then the mountains beyond. The Sun Temple of Central Viru was a steeped building painted yellow, at the bottom was a gathering space, screens were placed along the bottom broadcasting what was going on on top of the small altar on the top level of the temple. It was broadcasting a young man lying upright. She knew what this was. This was a sacrifice, the real question was why? These were rare and mainly took place during periods of bad weather or around election season. Yet this was not one of those times. Was the Kay Pacha trying to send a message? The young man looked like he had already gone through all the corn beer and some sort of drug similar to coca leaf. He looked very sedated, looking like he would snap at any moment and collapse dead.
“Witness, as I end the life of the glory of Hus” the Priest said
“This young man, he disobeyed the law of Hus, he engaged in illicit activities such as consuming foreign media, interacting with others who did these activities and plotted to undermine our way of life, for that he will be sacrificed by a blow from this Puma Legion Officer.
A man in yellow body armor stood off to one side holding a baton
“Ready”
“For HUS” the priest yelled
The officer swung his baton, he did not miss.

This whole situation had Hawka more scared than she had ever been. Were they going to come for her, had the Puma Legion been watching her? Would she end up like the young man who was now being wrapped in a body blanket?

The Sapa Huscar walked the balcony of the Palace of Hus, Tupac Quahac had taken control in 2018 from his cousin Maha Yuki. Tupac had started his own Panakara called the Quhahac Allyu, this was his royal house with all of his family and aides from around the Dominion. This was his favorite Balcony as it looked over the entire complex, the complex was made of stone and gold and was a fortress, with obsidian towers overlooking the complex. He was waiting for a meeting with his top aides about the Xiomera situation. Could they win a potential conflict with them? Did they have any allies? Tupac had asked his best cooks to produce a good meal for his guests, platters of rice, corn, beans, nuts, and at the center a flank of llama meat on a bed of quinoa.
His guests entered the room flanked by Puma Guard, an elite unit armed with the best armor and weapons Huscar could produce. All of his guests greeted him and sat at the table. Tupac sat on his golden throne and began to eat.
“I have called all of you here to discuss Xiomera, the greatest threat to us” Tupac said
“Yes Sapa, Xiomera is a false state with a false queen and false gods,” said Maquankauy, the commander of the Huscarian Army.
“I know of that, there Callhyana is quite powerful though,” Tupac said
“She is a woman, women can never lead a country to victory,” said the Head of the Kay Pacha
“That is true, but they have a much larger population and economy,” said Tupac
“Well, Hus will give us victory,” said the Head of the Kay Pacha
“Maybe, but the reach of heaven is weak outside of Huscar,” said Tupac
“You dare question the power of Hus?” said the Head of the Kay Pacha
“I do because Hus has told me”
“Hus still speaks?” said the Maquankauy
“He just spoke in my ear, he says that we can survive against Xiomera, but the war will still be rough but afterward he and the gods of heaven will bless our lands”
“Hail Hus” the Kay Pacha says
“Indeed, we must maintain our fleet, and if Xiomera does go to war with someone else, we will help them”
“But they are all non-believers”
“At least Huenya for example is fighting against Xiomera and their false gods”
“Fair”
“Maintain the fleet, if Xiomera wants war, we shall give them that, Let the people know this a war commanded by Hus”
“HAIL Hus” the room yelled

Tupac knew that if he did not engage the people through war then his throne and this whole palace would no longer be his, mummers of uprisings and possible conflict from within his inner circle, kept him focused. Tupac had what he needed, this war if it came would be to keep the Huscarian State alive no matter the cost. He would increase the production of weapons across the country through his control, the nation of Huscar Sun was his and his only, he had been gifted by Hus this power, and Tupac promised himself he would make good upon that gift.

Viru, Suyn Northern
Hawka stood at the beach near her house, waiting for her comrades to arrive over the few weeks she had worked with other rebels. Since the day she saw the ritual killing, she has joined a local faction of rebels with the CVRA(Cvanu Valley Resistance Army). They had heard about a camp over the ridge, communication had been done with an operative within the camp. The plan was to rise up and bring proof of the violence done by Huscar to the rest of the world. She was going to go with them, she did not care where she ended up, she was going to leave Huscar Sun for good. The goal, for now, was to make it to Eiria.

Northern Highway Work Camp, Suyn Northern
Amaru finished that day like he began, stepping out of the tunnel, he and his crew had formed a bond, they worked together digging tunnels. They had only been together a few weeks, but they were already scheming. There were plans to riot at some point yet it needed careful planning, there were many armed guards who could kill them. The hope was that since they were working on the tunnel, they would not be killed. Over time Amaru had figured out where he was somewhere in Suyn Northern; he had sometimes seen seagulls fly between the ridges to the west. They had already built the main tunnel through the mountain, now most of the work was constructing the concrete shell that would line the tunnel. It was hard work transporting the pieces into place on the walls then screwing them into place. Most of the crews were doing this so progress was going well despite the tunnel being a little over a mile long. He walked over to the food line, it was corn and pork stewed together into a brown chunky soup. It was not the worst thing but also not the best. Most of the convicts would not have done their best work, however, there were cameras everywhere and there were rewards for convicts who reported their comrades to the guards. So Amaru just held his head down, there was not much he could really do. However a convict made contact with local rebels in the area, he had jumped at the chance, their plan was to take control of the broadcast station and try to send a message to the world, once that was done Amaru would go along with the rebels who take it to a person with a computer in a nearby town.

On the night of the riot Amaru gathered with others, then as he was eating he heard an explosion from the maintenance building. From the hills, dozens of armed people rushed down from the hills, guns at their sides. A collective cheer went up from the prisoners. The guards tried to quickly maintain order, but there were too many people, guards were simply overpowered despite their weapons. Amaru dodged as an electric baton was swung right by him. “Right,” he thought.
“Time to carry out my part of the plan”

The broadcast center was a small building that controlled cameras that played footage of the camp for propaganda purposes, there were shows like Camp 117 or Life in the Work Camps that tried to scare people away, and make people look down upon those who were jailed. By the time he came inside, he saw some other workers, messing with the broadcast equipment. They had to quickly understand how it worked, reinforcements would soon be on their way.
“Alright, should I go live,” another convict said
“Hit it,” Amaru said
He prepped himself, he would have to do it. He wondered in other countries if they could translate from Huscarian? He saw the red light go on and began to speak.

“Hello people of Huscar Sun, we the workers of this camp have been forced to work under extreme conditions without a fair trial by a system that sends people to work to til they die, some have been executed. We demand New Huscar, by the people, We don’t hate Hus, we are believers in him, and he would not want this, all of the gods of heaven do not want this, so people of Huscar, Rise Up!, to the rest of the world Wake UP!. You may not understand us but support us, wake up to what there doing, Long Live the People and Long Live a New Huscar”

The Crew of the Northern Highway Project, were now armed with the latest technology taken from the guards. A helicopter had come earlier to rain down fire on them, but they destroyed it thanks to some shots from the tunnel. The mining weapon had destroyed the engine, exploding it. A group was being put together to smuggle the footage out of the country, there was a boat waiting, that would try to sail to Sarin Island there with the help of local fighters they would try to cross the sea to Eiria.
In the predawn darkness Amaru and the rest of the fighters left the camp, they hiked towards the rim of the mountains.
“So what's the way out of here,” Amaru asked
“Over that ridge, we are hoping to find a pass-through, because the roads to the South I assume are guarded,” a woman in camo said, she was leading the group.
“I still don't like the idea of a woman leading us over the mountain,” said an older bearded man behind Amaru
“If this was Kerille, I swear i would turn you in” she said jokingly
The forests, transitioned into low green bushes, separated by large boulders.
“Up there,” the guide said
She was pointing at a dip in the sharp narrow ridge, there was a low dip in the terrain that could be crossed.
“What if there is a cliff on the other side of the ridge?” Amaru asked
“Then there is a cliff on the other side, come on” she responded

From up close it was a 7-foot sharp outcropping, with narrow bits of grass, clinging to the sides.
All of them went up one at a time, each looking for footholds or ledges in the rock. Overhead a candor soared through the pass above them, it was almost like they were climbing the steps leading into a massive door between the mountains. When Amaru climbed over the top he paused, below them a narrow stone path clinging to the mountain led down into a valley of palm trees and farmlands, then by the water a small town.
“This is Chimina Valley” he said
“Yes indeed, and I am a local” the woman said
“So all of you are CVRA?” he asked
“Yes, I assume you have heard of our oppression”
“Yeah, though back in Suyn Central the government tries to portray you as unbelievers”
“But were not, we still worship Hus”
“Why do they hate you”
“Because we have something they want-Asvela”
“You mean the alcohol stuff the rich people drink and yet is sold to the world as this miracle substance?”
“Yes, that's the one, the Chimina have been making it for centuries, they often force us to make it for them of farms,” she said
“Yeah, I notice there are a lot of farms, at least in the inland” he responded watching cars rumble along a dirt road cutting through the fields
“They bring us in, make us work for very little food and then give the world is “fat burning solution” or whatever they call it on the outside”

The group of rebels moved down the other side of the mountain Once all of them had reached the valley floor, they hacked their way through the woods. Soon they heard the sounds of buzzing from machines from the factory. From the woods to their left, a group of people in red bandanas joined them
“The factory has rotating guards along the southern perimeter, we can come in from here but we will have to be quick,” one of the men in the bandanas said
“How far are we from Viru” Amaru asked
“Just outside town, we already know the plan,” the man in the bandana said

They advanced through the woods until they reached the barbed wire fence that surrounded a low field of plants. They saw workers through the fence, picking nuts, which would be turned into juice then fermented inside the building. The workers saw them through the fence, they nodded in their direction. The woman leading the group pulled out some wire cutters, she cut into the wire, quickly but precisely. She then slid through the hole she had cut, the rest of the group followed through. As the others went to work inside their small group circled the outside of the building and across the road.

Hawka stood at the beach near her house, waiting for her comrades to arrive over the few weeks she had worked with other rebels. Since the day she saw killing, she has joined a local faction of rebels with the CVRA(Cvanu Valley Resistance Army). They had heard about a camp over the ridge, communication had been done with an operative within the camp. The plan was to rise up, and bring proof of the violence done by Huscar to the rest of the world. She was going to go with them, she did not care where she ended up, she was going to leave Huscar Sun for good. The goal, for now, was to make it to Eiria. She saw a group of people running through the bushes toward her house.
“Who goes there” she yelled
“It's the CPVA we got the tape,” a younger man said rising from the buses
“And who might you be,” she asked
“The one who is in the tape”
“Brave, man, what's your name”
“Its Amaru” Amaru said
“Okay, let me bring you inside, just pretend to be my friends from school”
“What?” Amaru asked
“Just go with it” Hawka said
Hawka walked inside, her house was a modest one with brick walls, the floor was made of cheap tile, above then a fan blew away the warm breeze. Her father sat under it on the couch watching TV
“Hello, Hawka” her father said in Huscarian
“Hello, father just have some friends coming over,” she said moving towards her bedroom, the rest of the group following behind trying to act casual
“Those better not be unbelievers”
“Of course not, father”
“Good, Good to see you are not out there engaging in foreigner activities”
“No, I would never, foreigners are non-believers, I just want to educate them”
“Yes, my friends at the temple told me that foreigners are among us”
“No doubt the government will take care of foreigners,” she said as Hawka ducked into her room
Once they had closed the door, Hawka said
“Sorry about that, my dad goes to temple too much”
“Not, problem, Where is that computer?” said the younger woman
“Hold, up its in the attic,” Hawka said
“What?”

In Syun Central, the Sapa Huscar was filled with anger, over the last few hours he dealt with multiple riots at workcamps, they were various assaults on government posts by armed rebels. He made it his mission to find every rebel involved and eliminate all of them, killing them on sight would be to good for them, he told himself. He wanted them to fear him, to fear his power, he also wanted the people to fear him and worship him. His focus went from Xiomera to the elimination of these rebels, when asked what to do with the work camp riots. He responded "They are already prisoners, don't keep them alive", his advisors questioned this
"We still need their labor," said one advisor in a blue hat
"They don't deserve the right to live on the earth under the light of Hus, how dare you suggest that!" he yelled
"But honored one.."
"NO, LEAVE ALL OF YOU LEAVE" he yelled
"Should we let any of them back?" said one of the guards
"No, they don't deserve the honor of advising me, why advise a blessed being such as myself"
"Sir but Hus want.."
"I don't care what Hus wants, I am his equal on Earth, we advise each other"

From behind his back, a coup was coming. This was the final straw for many within his inner circle, He could no longer be trusted as the Sapa Huscar, discussion already had begun within the Kay Pacha Temple of the Sun. Even the family of the Sapa Huscar also known as the Sapa Line was already ready to rise against him, there was a coup coming, yet the Sapa Huscar was still blind to it and he would fall right into through his clouded judgment.

“What?”
“It's much easier to hide up there,” Hawka said pulling down a handle. A ladder came down and the group climbed up into the attic. There were boxes filled with various books with English titles, a small dvd player was set next to a stack of dvds labeled with various titles like “2014 Best of L-Pop” “Now This is Music Slokais Islands: 7”. The books meanwhile went from children’s books to political texts like “The Revolutionary Manifesto”. Finally the computer, a small motor connected to what looked like a hand-built PC, stacked next to it were a bunch of old PC manuals.
“This computer is off the grid, this is how we can share it with other computers,” Hawka said
“On network computers?” Amaru asked, almost bumping against the dim light bulb that gave the room some light.
“Yes, on Network, been working on if for a while”
“Alright, here is the tape,” Amaru said handing her it
She slid in into a side port, the entire computer began to buzz as it was downloaded onto it.
She then opened a series of codes, she then added in the file name. The computer ran slowly taking a minute to load up the Email. She opened a new message, she titled it “Worship Service” and then added the code into the message. She then hit send, directing it to all computers within the government network.
“Let's hope this works,” Amaru said

The group walked through the streets of Viru, it was quiet, with low brick houses and palm trees growing in yards. They then reached the beach, a narrow stretch of sand below a field of grass and palm trees. There was a boat waiting for them, in it a man in a casual buttoned shirt was behind the wheel of the small fishing boat.
“Here it is” Hawka said
The group walked into the water, their splashing filling the air. They all climbed aboard the small ship. It was about 12 feet long, with a small pilothouse, fishing buckets were stored in the back next to a small cutting board. A stack of flashing equipment was stored in a faded blue bucket.
“It's about 7 hours across the channel, my friend will help you cross the island,” he said starting the engine.
Sunca Island is an island apart of Huscar in the Nearus Sea. It was formed by a volcano. Crossing the island would be difficult as it was very mountainous and filled with deep jungles and canyons. With the Huscar fleet in the Nearus Sea, they would need a faster boat. Though crossings were rare with only 1,000 or so Huscarins abroad. On the outside, Huscar was an isolationist nation that people often forget about. As it was overshadowed by other nations in the Canxana region such as Xiomera. Amaru looked back towards the mountains, would he ever return to Huscar? He hated the government of course, but the hills and mountains were filled with so much beauty. He promised himself that one day, he would return.

Soon they were on the open sea they saw distant lights of boats on open sea. The cliff gave them a ledge of cover.
“So why did you join the movement,” Amaru asked
“Well, as you could see, I have always enjoyed culture from around the world for a long time,” she said
“Yeah, but what was like the spark inside you,” he asked
“I saw a young man being sacrificed for political benefit,” she said
“Jeez, For me it was seeing the police arrest so many of my comrades, in Suyn Central there are cameras everywhere,” Amaru said
“How did you end up at the work camp?”
“I got caught during a protest, they sent a helicopter after me, then I saw this guy in full body armor run at full speed”
“I heard that they sometimes they send those who fought against them to like this area”
“Yeah, no the person who sentenced me was nice enough to send me to a work camp, though I saw people being sent to be executed,” he said
“What's your plan once we get out,” she asked
“Get the tape to everybody I can, the world needs to know, and maybe they can help”
“You really think they will help?”
“Maybe, with the fleet in Nearus Sea, maybe someone will invade Huscar”
“You think Huscar will be invaded by some free nation? Xiomera seems most likely to go to war”
“Does not really seem like any improvement” Hawka laughed.

Armored Personnel Carriers moved through the streets of Suyn Central, in them the agents of the Kay Pacha sat, they had been called to maintain order in the 3rd District a working-class region of apartments they faced into the nearby mountains. Steep streets and narrow buildings made it difficult to maintain control by local police as rebels continued to attack a pro-government business. Last night, a group called the Red and Black Alliance an anarco-communist militia burned down a police station destroying and stealing lots of guns and ammo. However, the Kay Pacha, Panther Warriors were elite they were each selected at a young age to train with weapons and guns as well as strict religious plan, if a student failed there would be sacrificed to celebrate their spirit as a warrior. They also only spoke Ancient Huscarian to each other but understood many languages.
“Close Out and Drive is the plan we are going with today,” said there, commander
“Have all true persons left” said a commando in the back
“No, but all true persons have been chosen by Hus to survive this night”
“Hail Hus” he said
“Praise to all” the commander said
The vehicle stopped in front of the entrance to the District
“Let us be guided by Hus as his power is with all of us” the commander said
They all quickly moved out into a fan securing various entry points, they would first secure all escape points and move for the finish.

Veri Masva stood inside of his house “Panthers coming up the hill”
“Traps are set,” said women from behind him, all of them were covered in black
“We shall fight to establish our order,” he said
“Cary on the revolution,” she said
He grabbed a gun and looked back outside
“They’re gone?”
Gunshots split the air, as yelling went through the streets, he ran out of the room and onto the roof, he saw dozens of Panthers running through the streets, some ran into houses firing blindly, screams and yells and gunshots rang through the district. Supay Qallina jumped from house to house quickly trying to stay away from the ground where Pather Warriors were now arresting people from their homes. He then saw the city border fence a 10-foot tall fence, the last house was a few feet out so clearing the fence would be impossible. Supay launched himself at the fence with all his power his feet connecting with handholds in the wire, above him he heard the buzz of electrical wire, he then saw a Panther Warrior with an obsidian knife approaching him, Supay launched himself over the top of the fence, he crossed over the wire and landed on his feet on the ground, he quickly ran as the Panther Warrior looked on
“May Hus curse your soul” he yelled from the other side of the fence
“Hus does not curse, he gives life” Supay said running into the fields of low grasslands.

The Sapa Huscar coughed “Send the Pumas to escort our guests”. Sapa Tupac Quahc had been sick for the past two months, the public was so far unaware. Yet deep down he knew it was the end of him, one of these days someone else or the disease that was killing him would take him down. He turned to his advisors, he stood and grabbed one by the shoulders
“In the hour of my death, find my successor from those you trust, Hus wills it that this bloodline stays in control of our glorious dominion”
Looking visibly surprised, he responds “Sir, your family will betray you only one of us may hold the power”.
“In the hour of need, Hus will lighten the soul of one of my kin, make sure they sit here within a short time of my end,” the Sapa Huscar said retreating to his bedroom, his sandals shifting against the floor.

The halls of the Central Dominion Temple were somewhat quiet as they always were, Kay Pacha elite walked around in robes on the way to various offices and meetings throughout the compound, however, they spoke in hushed tones as to not disturb those praying to Hus. The CDT was built on this spot as it was a point of power, places where the dominions of Heaven and the Panther Dominion (Earth). People would come from around the nation to talk to Hus sometimes the goddess of the Moon, Killamona the daughter of Hus, and the demon Wauny the overlord of the Dominion of Death. Many people had come recently due to the rebellions around the country. In the social hierarchy of Huscar Sun, below is Kay Pacha, a class of elites who often worked in running collective farms or industrial businesses. They were often very devoted believers who often held private worship sessions in the CDT. Outside Thak Uripi a head priest drank tea looking up at the mountains.
“Something is coming,” said a priest coming outside
“Indeed it is”
“We could lose this place of beauty”
“No, this place shall always exist this spot will always stand”
“But reactionaries attempt to take over”
“They may try, but Hus always favors those who are right,” he said taking another sip
“Do you support the True Hus Movement?”
“Of course, we already have True Hus here right now, we must bring the inner peace to our people”
“Will you try to take a hand in governance?”
“No, politics is too messy, sometimes you have to slow down and listen”
“To what?”
“This, feeling the wind, the air”
“You want this?”
“Of course, I have lived for 80 years, I have seen everything this place provides to us”

Air Huscar Flight 878 opened its doors, on flights usually reserved for military advisors, and the wealthy of Huscar, there was something different. Out of the plane came a man dressed in robes, yet it was not the yellow and purple of the Huscarian Royalty, instead he was dark green with an armband, its tail whipping in the wind. He stepped off the plane, behind him were almost identical men each with the same green robes. When they reached the check-in, the agent looked at the group confused “Do you have your passports, um sir?”
“...Your Sapa Huscar called us” one of them said
He stepped forward and took off his helmet, staring deeply forward
“Well, I need some sort of identification…” She paused when two armed Puma Guards approached.
“Welcome to Huscar,” the one on the left said stepping aside from the clearly shocked women
“So I assume the language of communication here should be English,” said the warrior
“Indeed, most of the well-educated use it though on the streets I suggest using Huscarian”
“Won't need to, actions speak louder than words” he replied grabbing his bags off the conveyor belt, the rest followed suit grabbing their bags as onlookers looked confused.
“You are Kanji Takeda?” the Puma Guard asked
“Indeed, I am a Samurai of the Takeda Clan, bond by honor”
“The culture of Samurai is legendary among the warriors of the world, this is what I assume our glorious Sapa Huscar has called you”
“Everyone knows of our reputation, However, he is the only one who knows what we can really do,” Kanji said before putting on his helmet.

The doors of the Dominion Place opened, officials, guards, and others cleared the way as two dozen Samurai of the Takeda Clan marched in their black armor covering every part of their bodies. Over their shoulders were fine and delicate long blades in a yellow cover, tied around the waists was a belt of various weapons, despite the weight of their cargo, they each carried themselves forward. Once they entered the throne room they took a deep bow towards the Sapa Huscar.
“Welcome to Huscar Sun,” he said through a translator
“Pleasure to have the honor of serving you”
“As you know I have many enemies, many people want to undermine my honor”
“I have heard the stories”
“Once your service is over, each of you will be paid handsomely”
“Tell us the targets, my lord” Kanji asked
But the Sapa Huscar waved towards the door and said something in Huscarian
“The Sapa Huscar asks that you visit the Kay Pacha and ask them for further information,” the translator said
The Sapa Huscar then slowly walked away, coughing after each breath. Advisors quickly let him into his private quarters and he disappeared from further sight.

Later that night, the Samurai sat on the floor of the spacious Conference Room given to them. A Puma Guard stood nearby helping them unload their bags
“I have heard many stories of your people, are they true?” he asked
“Only what is true, is true” Kanji responded
“So it's true, that you have pacts of honor” the guard replied excitedly
“It's deeper than that, it's a bond between brothers, tied together by the traditions of the Takeda Family”
“But someone of you doesn't look Sangsongan”
“Our brotherhood is open to anyone willing to honor thy blade, honor thy spirit, and honor the art of combat,” Kanji said as he loaded his sidearm
“So you use guns now?”
“Nothing says you can't use guns, it's rather if not used correctly they don't honor those who came before”
“Excuse me?”
“When you fire a bullet into a body, you are not one with the weapon but one with the cheap bullets used, so we produce ourselves from the same steel that makes or blades, that is our way” Kanji said before he stood up and walked away.

Supray walked into the town of Thanak Mayu, his clothes covered in mud, his face cut up. He turned to a stone house near the edge of town. He knocked on the door twice, and he was greeted by an old man in grey rags.
“Come in the drones will find you,” he said
Supray walked into a small room, in the center a firepit was surrounded by a dozen or so people. The old man introduced Supray to the room, a few gave him quick nods.
“How are the farms,” he asked
“The collection agents demand more and more every day,” one woman said
“And they're not afraid to take away the loud ones,” an older man said
“What do you mean by the loud ones,” Supray asked as he sat down
“The ones who want change, the news from around the country has been leaking in. People want change, we all want a New Huscar, but the police are coming by every day”
“You are not alone, around the country people are standing up,” Supray said as he drank a yellow soup
“You know that's boiled corn husks, right,” said the old man
“Then what's the meat, I taste?”
“Rat meat, caught some yesterday”
“Well, anyway we have the weapons, we just need your commitment that on May 1st you will be ready,” Supray said
“Oh we will be ready, been waiting for this moment my whole life”

At 6 am the first patrols, came around the Muhu Production Faculty, on the morning of May 1st.
Each patrol consisted of 3-4 officers of the United Muhu Corporation, a state-owned grain manufacturer. They would come around and gather whatever grain was produced and pay each family with a food ration in return. This meant that families would never get paid, therefore could not afford to start their own independent farms. The first patrol reached a stone hut, demanding to be let in.

The door opened, and older women guided them inside
"I'm, sorry let me find my grain bags from yesterday," she said walking away
"Hurry, up" one yelled
"Isn't it May 1st?" the other one said
"Why do you say that?"
"We might want to watch for counter-dominionist activity"
"Yes, you should," said the old woman this time holding a rifle

This same sequence was being played out across the region, as many collective farmers had heard that today, was the day of action.

Inside a large storage facility, giant silos held grain reserves. Walking the floor was a supervisor who was talking with a patrolman.
"Why have the patrols, not returned?" he asked
"Sir, there seems to have been some sort of hassle"
"Send some more patrols their way, I want the grain here by mid-day"
"Yes, sir"
Outside in the fields, dozens of farmers had gathered and began planning an assault on the grain storage faulty. Militia members had come down from the hills, armed with rifles. They had already attacked company vehicles and delivered arms to various other groups. Soon the group has begun marching toward the faculty, capturing any patrols they saw, and destroying various cameras. Out of the grain silo, a large military assault vehicle began blasting the crowd of pressure water. Some police in tactical gear had arrived and were dressed in full riot gear, throwing tear gas at the crowd. In response, farmers threw flaming objects, trash cans, and anything else they could find. Eventually, the assault vehicle caught on fire driving into a ditch. The crew was quickly captured and the farmers reached the grain facility.

Suyn Central
8:30 am

Kanji Takeda rose from his mediation and looked out his hotel window. Smoke rose from the Dominion Palace, in the streets police were organizing themselves. Yet something seemed odd, at that moment, his phone rang. He quickly answered "It, Kanji Takeda"
"You have been warned, Mr. Takeda. You have betrayed the trust of the Huscar Sun"
"How I am bound by honor" he responded
"The Sapa Huscar, does not lie"
"Whatever has occurred, today. Let it be known, that I am not a part of any of it"
"Your countrymen, say otherwise," the mysterious man said on the other side
"Whoever this countryman is, let him speak"
A few seconds later, a new voice was on the phone
"Hello, Takeda"
"Ishimaru?"
"Yes, every nation is in play, in our little sprat. Your clan has always been treacherous, yet the Shogunate has always stopped me"
"There is no honor in the exploitation of innocent nations"
"Ah, but no trickery has been done, the Sapa Huscar himself made this choice"
"Even an old man like him, could not be dumb enough to fall for your mind games"
"Old Man? Check the News"
Kanji saw a news alert
The SAPA HUSCAR has become one with the Enteral Peace
"You.."
"Yes, I am quite a genius"

Tupac Amaru was shaken awake, by Commander Inti. The morning sun, coming through the tent flaps.
“What?” Amaru said, slowly rising to his feet
“You wanted, to see our backers?” he asked
“Yeah?”
“Here, is your chance, be back before everyone else is up, we need to get the supplies, back to HQ” Commander Inti said
“Give, me a moment”

Their camp was set along a rocky, river. Downstream, was a camp. And beyond that, an unknown fate. Tupac Amaru has been working as a transporter, of various goods from abroad, to rebel groups within Huscar Sun. Currently, he had a contract with the Huscar Peoples Liberation Front (HPLF) a large-scale organization that had seemed to have captured the good graces of various communist and socialist political parties, worldwide. In response, weapons had been flowing into Huscar Sun. The country had collapsed as various factions had taken local control, and many police had enforced their own interests. Since the summer, every town and village had become a battleground. Multiple factions fighting for control

Commander Inti led him to a steep bank and into a large camp. A dozen or so tents each stamped with a star-like symbol. Out of one of the tents, Amaru was approached by a man in full armor, a sword slung over his shoulder.
“Hello, I am Kejio Banpu”
“Amaru Hansa"
"You may have heard of the Banpu Company"
"No? I have never left been fighting the revolution"
"Well, our motto is that Banpu Cares, we would like to see a global response to the tyranny of Huscar Sun"
"We do you need me for, I am just a transporter with a gun"
"I have heard your story, you lead a prison break, yes?"
"Yeah, it's what had to be done"
"Well, your testimony can be very useful in convincing governments and organizations to help the movement"
"What's in it for me?"
"My friend, you will get to leave Huscar, And you will be doing a great service to your people, and payment can be easily arranged"
Amaru considered the proposal, although it was hard work, he was fighting for a better future. The people of Huscar needed change, yet also support from the international community could continue that mission.
"Sir, I am ready"
"Good, we leave within the hour"

Soon, Amaru was in a helicopter, below him he saw a large container ship. The ship was painted blue and white with the words "Banpu Cares!" and then some unknown language below that.
"Is that the ship?"
"Yes, we usually use it to deliver humanitarian supplies and other necessary items"
He had never seen a single non-Huscarian for most of his life yet the boat was a diverse crew of people some speaking English, some speaking other languages.
"I need to attend to some work, feel free to explore the ship, dinner will be shortly," said Keijo

Keijo entered his office, at the center other Banpu employees gathered around a large screen.
"There is my wayward son," said an older man through the screen
"Father, you don't understand, people will give anything for a good story"
"Yes, but our assets are already focused on the conflict in Huneya, we can't let our resources be stretched like this"
"Huscar Sun is a country with plenty of fuel, the fire will always burn"
"The eyes of governments are upon us as we speak, they will one day realize what's going on behind the curtain"
"But, their eyes are elsewhere, Huenya, Mallacaland, Cape Auria they are good distractions"
"You may prove this to me Keijo, but our investors are not happy with your little cruise to Caxana"
"Father, don't lie, I am your greatest disappointment"
"For a Gao you're a good son, yet you will never be a true Sangosian until you prove yourself"
"Even, half a world away, I can tell, you are regretting that night, two decades ago, in the backroom whoreho-"
"Silence!, If you dare speak another word, I have samurai who will hunt you down for this disrespect of my character"
"..Goodbye, I have other more important matter to attend to" Keijo said as he stormed out of the room.
