Nations interested in registering as members must comply with the following terms:
1. - Applicant nation must have tiered association football leagues working on a system of promotion and relegation.
2. - Applicant nation must have a working Football Authority.
3. - Applicant nation must comply with AFFIDU rules and regulations for pitch dimensions, basic rules, use of VAR, and other regulations the organisation deems necessary for the standardisation of the sport.
4. - Applicant nation must register to AFFIDU affiliates on their respective continents (Catican Union of Football Associations, Union of Hespian Football Associations, Liberalian Football Association, Confederation of Nerian Football Associations).
Member nations reserve the rights to:
1. - Participation, by their national teams, in continental and intercontinental competitions.
2. - Participation, by their highest ranked football teams*, in continental competitions and the AFFIDU Champions Cup.
3. - Elect representatives of their football governing bodies to the councils of their continental associations and the AFFIDU council.
4. - Run and vote for the position of AFFIDU President.
*the allocation of spots will be determined by the AFFIDU Council and the AFFIDU President, provided all participant nations get equal participation.
