Description: NOTING the fact that The Axis of Evil's behavior has been immature in terms of war and dealings with other regions and nations.

RECOGNIZING that the only puropse of The Axis of Evil's existance is to invade.

DISMAYED that The Axis of Evil has dedicated itself to invading other countries including but not limited to Democratia, Extraordinary Evil Nations, The Layman Empire, and Evil Nations Unite.

SHOCKED that they have no respect for other regions and nations

THEREFORE, the The Axis of Evil is condemned by the World Assembly.

I have a vague feeling I had a puppet in this region, waaaay back when I first started and had a puppet empire.

I'm not convinced that invaders should be condemned merely for their existence as such. But I'm not sure I agree with what this region has done. So personally I'd be abstaining.

I voted against as it makes no case for any abuses, but rather simply complains about activity that is perfectly within the intent of the game even if not liked by all.
