Hey all,

I know I've been extremely quiet, just as I promised when I returned. But a short bit of offtopicness. I've been very busy at school, and by coincidence got involved in the first model UN our school went to. Last weekend, a colleague and 4 students (16-18) joined me to a model UN conference in the Netherlands. Of course, as teacher, I didn't get to play around with writing resolutions, but it was great fun and incredibly interesting to watch the students in the official setting the school had created. As we've always been a UN/WA orientated region, I thought I'd mention it here. Anyone else got any MUN experience? If not, try to get it

Our school had MUN and I wanted to do it, but the class didn't fill, so it was cancelled. I learned later that my school had turned it into a club instead, but they didn't do a good job advertising it, so I never knew about it until it was too late. Oh well. I knew someone that was in it...
