Bonalandan Institute of International Collaboration (Phosphorescent Pebbles)
#1

Dear Nation of the IDU,

With blessings of the Bonalandan Executive Council, I, Marja Brito (Head of the Department for Scientific Research and Dissemination), invite you to contribute in the investigation into the phosphorescent pebbles, or 'Glowstones' of Diamant.

The Bonalandan Council has allocated a reasonable budget to this research. On top of our own basic direct funding into the research we are willing to make further investment matching that brought to the project by other nations up to a cap of 1 million Moneros per nation to be shared with the international research project for services provided.

We invite applications from prospective contributing researchers from your great nations. Please encourage your researchers to apply with a brief covering letter outlining their specialism and background and where appropriate the facilities that your nation will be making available to the project.

In the spirit of international collaboration that Bonalando strives to promote, all participants should remember that all research findings will be available to all participating nations through their involved parties but will also be available to the wider international community.

*Addressing the Bonalandan Institute*
Speaking on behalf of the Dominion of the Dezreik, we would be interested in involving our lead researchers in cooperation with the community.
*Switching to addressing all nations*
Our Institute of Science will make it's facilities available to all project groups working on the Diamant in exchange for open sharing of any findings and we will be advising our top scientists to be submitting project applications of their own shortly.

From the office of Caleb Campbell, Director of Diamantian Exploration:

On behalf of United New England, I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to the nations that have demonstrated interest in Project Glowstones. In particular, I would like to commend Bonalando for its generous funding proposal. UNE would be willing to pick up half the cost of the matched investments. We are honored by the opportunity to explore our universe through collaborative effort and would like to ensure that the project succeeds.
