[/quote]We did indeed have such a service, with Sober Thought as the main vexillologist although the Bears' [OOC] original flag was actually Baranxtu's work -- from my own ideas -- instead.

I agree that it's very nice to see the idea revived.

The Bears are finally going to relinquish the last remnants of the authority that they held over [nation]Old Ceorana[/nation] fairly soon, so that nation will probably be looking for a new flag.

Okay, I have a possible commission for you.

I?m planning the creation of an Ursine-inhabited version of the USA, as a new puppet (with a name that I?ve already checked is currently available), and would like a modified version of the RL USA?s flag for this: The red & white stripes would still be okay, but I?d like to have the blue canton & white stars replaced by a green canton ? in the lighter of the two shades that?s used in Bears Armed?s flag ? with yellow acorns (also as on BA?s flag)? Preferably 48 acorns, perhaps arranged in the same way that the 48 stars used in RL were before Alaska and Hawaii attained statehood, but if that isn?t feasible on this sort of scale then whatever number works best for you as long as it?s at least 12.

I've had a go at designing the flag for Amberrica myself. Went with blue & white stripes, rather than red & white, for better contrast with the canton's green. Still room for improvement, though...
