Friends,
You may have heard reports of a ship disembarking on the coast of your fine region. As the captain of this ship, I assure you that we come in peace and wish to makes ties with other members of the region. I am not, however, at liberty to disclose our home nation or eventual intentions at this time.
I hope for a long and friendly relation with each of your nations.
