Even though I pretty much hate repeals, this one deserves it. There's one in the list already, but it's probably going to fail (13 approvals, Tuesday deadline) So I've written one, in case it does.

You've got a contradiction: you can't both say that individual nations should be allowed to decide something AND that the resolution is bad because it lets them do that.
