As you may or may have not already read in the Baranxtu National Review, the national Baranxtuan movie awards will be presented coming October.

To get entries for the Best Foreign Movie, we have already asked some nations (based on the who-is-very-active-on-the-forums-and-was-therefore-thought-of-by-me-immediately-system), and already received two definite entries from Adam Island and Lloegr-Cymru and one promised entry from Groot Gouda, but this means we still need three entries (to go with the winner-picking system of rolling the dice).
So if anyone has a movie to enter (with title and short description), feel free to do so.

The People's republic sends in "Over the moon", the story of the famous 18th century astrologer Wilhelmina de Lange van Wijngaarden, who was held back by society, family and friend, and was forced to secretly study the skies at night. Only after her death was her contribution to women's rights appreciated.

Leading actress is Anneke van der Janssen, who has played in numerous plays and movies in Groot Gouda and is considered the best of her time in the nation.

There was no genre description, so I assumed it is a Surrealist Comedy.
And I agree, I'd totally love to see it. Sounds like a snarkier version of Galaxy Quest or something.

(The poor Rivercats lost their playoff games, leaving me having to pin all my baseball attention on Major League teams like my Oakland A's. The Rivercats are the minor league affiliate of the A's, and are based here in Sacramento!)
