I'm not against the proposal on the basis of bad spelling, but I really want to use this as an example of where people will find things less appealing to agree with. When simple words get misspelled, it gets awkward to read.

There is a lack of definition on what constitutes "wrong people" and I guess it's intended to be left to the discretion of the member-states.
