First and foremost I would like to ask for one more WA Endorsement so I may propose this resolution to the WA.

In the interest of promoting a more peaceful and less volatile world; and in order to promote better human rights for all the nations of the world.

DEFINING Weapons of Mass Destruction as any weapon that is Nuclear, Biological, Chemical, or unproportionally destructive in nature;

The Wold Assembly hereby:

BANS the manufacturing, selling, buying, and transportaion of Weapons of Mass Destruction;

PROHIBITS member nations from possessing Weapons of Mass Destruction;

ALLOWS member nations to confiscate any Weapons of Mass Destruction that are within their jurisdiction and territorial waters;

FURTHERMORE allows member nations to detain any and all person(s) whom are in violation of this resolution;

DECLARES that any person or persons in violation of this resolution shall be subject to international criminal courts AND be subject to the laws of the nation or region in which they are detained;

REQUIRES all confiscated weapons to be immediately turned over to the World Assembly upon confiscation for dismantling.
