Occasionaly, the national leaders like to hang out...in the countryside. Been having fun in the rural Netherlands drilling holes, patting sheep and doin' demographics with other geography teachers.

Turf shack


Sheep, sheep, more sheep


"Es" field, basically consisting of sand topped with a metre of sheepshit to make it fertile. Typical for this area.

Possible pingo-ruin (former ice-bulb in the ground, since long melted away leaving a hole)
