Kvaskm International Communication Channel - Episode One

The screen flickers on to life showing a trans woman with jet black hair and a cis woman with electrifyingly purple hair sitting behind a desk, facing eachother with cigarettes hanging from their mouths. Above them is a crude cardboard piece with "Kvaskm International Communication Channel" spray painted on it deep red.

The black-haired woman was just finishing up a joke, "... and I said 'that's the beans!'".

It sent the two into rolling laughter for a moment, only to be interrupted by a voice behind the camera, "Hey, we're on air, folks!"

The purple-haired one looked to the camera, a half-smile stick present, "Oh shit, are we?" Discarding their burning cancer sticks into an ashtray, they straightened the empty folders in front of them smiled. After doing so, the second woman continued, "Welcome, you lovely folks of the world! This is the beginning of the Kvaskm International Communication Channel! I'm Klove Javtina, and this is my co-host Sisil Czrn."

Sisil cleared some leftover smoke from around her before beginning, "Since this is our first airing of our program, we want this to be an easy one for you folks out there. We want to get some ice-breaker questions for us to respond to next week so you can get to know us just a little bit more intimately."

Klove playfully hit Sisil's shoulder, "Not like that!"

Sisil, shaking her head, dismissed Klove and waved to the camera, "For now, we're directing you to our favourite weatherfolk, Lhevn Goborovan."

Kvaskm International Communication Channel - Episode Two

Coming to in a flash of light, the screen projects an image of the KICC studio, aimed at the centre table. Sisil sat on stage right, Klove on stage left. They were, like the last time, chatting amongst themselves, only instead of each holding a cigarette, a giant dick-shaped bong was shared by them.

After taking a fat rip, Sisil talked through the heavy vapour, "... anyway, that's how I got this cool-ass pipe."

A cough to call the attention of the pair to the camera. They turn their heads and panic for a moment, snuffing out the weed and putting the bong under the desk. The eyes of both of them had a slight red tint to them.

Sisil waved to the camera and beamed a smile, "Heeyyyy there, folks. Sorry about that. We're waiting on a special sign to tell us when we're about to air." Giggling softly to herself, she continued on, "And apparently, the last one broke when they delivery folk decided to kick it like a soccerball."

Klove continued on where Sisil stopped, "Tonight, however, we have a serious announcement that we at the studio feel we must make. I assume everyone has heard about the Aurora programme created by Kerlile already. I know when I first heard about it, I started looking at Sisil in a different way, but not the fun kind of different." She gave a wink to the camera an continued, "No, the idea that therepeople in Kvask that went to bring an end to our 98 years of anarchist existence is quite frightening, especially with how Kerlile operates." Klove looked to Sisil with loving eyes before sighing, "I've heard horror stories of what happens to people like Sisil at the Kerlile camps..."

Sisil puts an arm around Klove and kisses her forehead before starting her bit, " I imagine some of you Aurora have been here for decades and have witnessed our love for all people, no matter their identity. We want to show that to you too. If you come down to the studio in Nuskvo with proof of your ties to Aurora, we will arrange for you to go back home unharmed. If you want to stay, then we will also allow that, but we request you make an oath to the people of Kvask if you do so. It'd be a tragedy if one of you were found outside of this building, as some Kvaskm communities will not be so welcoming. Please, come to us, make amends, and either return to your home, or stay here in harmony."

Klove slowly straightens herself up, wiping a single tear from her eye, "And now... ahem... and now the weather, with Lhevn Goborovan."

Kvaskm Intenational Communication Channel - Episode Three

With illumination, the KICC studio shows itself with the hosts sitting in their usual spots, though unusually, they are facing the camera, undistracted. With warm smiles on their faces, they give short waves and bright enthusiasm.

Sisil begins after placing a stray strand of hair into place, "Good afternoon, Kvask! See, we didn't mess up this time! Todd the delivery folk finally came through for us and got us that sign we were talking about yesterday. No more pre-gamed smoke breaks or giant obstructions when your kids are watching, just some foul language to spice up your day."

"Speaking of some spice," Klove began, ordering her papers that were obviously blank, "Lauchenoiria voted near-unanimously on a new constitution today, marking the beginning of change for the war torn nation. While we here at KICC support our folks in arms in Yervin," Sisil and Klove raise their fists in support for a moment before continuing, "we do feel that something should be done by their government before transitioning."

Sisil got out an LGBTQQIA+ flag and stabbed it into the table with a quick second of rage before she smiled and began to talk, "Personally, I think the biggest accomplishments are those regarding the civil rights of queer people, and those Lauchenoiria fascists can go choke on a rod." Her smile still beamed as Klove kissed her cheek, "That's all I have to say about that, to be quite honest."

Klove cleared her throat and took a sip of something from a mug labeled Fascists Can Suck My Mug, "Anyway, that's all we have time for. Time for the heat wave report with Lhevn Goborovan."

Kvaskm International Communication Channel - Episode Four

Clack. The sound of a TV turning on rings out with an old-world technology nostalgia. Sisil sits somberly at the desk along with Klove, both having signs of mixed emotions.

"Good afternoon, Kvaska," Sisil straightened some papers, now with notes, although dubiously drawn, "We are now getting reports of the verdicts from the TRC regarding our three citizens being tried for murder and grievous bodily harm. They have been found guilty, as they had professed before and no one can argue, but, they have been given prison sentences; 10 years for Yulov, and 8 for Udr and Iovavik."

Klove chimed in, "I know the families of these fine men, and I want to try and give comfort by saying that Sanctaria, although thousands of miles away, is home to one of the better prison systems in the world. It's better than being in Kerlian or Lauchenoirian prison."

Sisil perked up and smiled, which seemed odd, "Speaking of Lauchenoiria, there was a piece on us published almost a week ago on our news station, trying to make us shut up and sit down." Sisil leaned into the desk as the camera zoomed in on her face, "We won't be quiet for fascists like you, Doberman. Just like a rabid dog you foam at the mouth with rage and hate against those who call you what you are. For your sake, let's hope the veterinarian doesn't come by." Sitting back, satisfied with herself, the camera zoomed back out to show a cut out of Doberman next to Sisil, coloured in marker to make it look like he is in a very suggestive suit.

Klove, trying to hide a smile, straightened up and nodded to the camera, "And now, the weatherfolks can take a handle of this show with Lhevn Goborovan."

Kvaskm International Communication Channel - Episode Five

Buzzing to life, the screen has Sisil and Klove sitting in their usual spots, but now with an older gentleman, maybe mid-to-late '30s in the seat between them.

Sisil begins with a bright smile, "Good evening, world! Welcome to KICC, the irregular show with regular news. Tonight, we'll be discussing the recent declarations from the Communities of Kvask to place full sanctions on the Empire of Trive, a nation known for it's grotesque love of capitalism and wage slavery. Joining us tonight is a representative from the Rszevnik community, Hnjek Jaojeva."

Hnjek is applauded by Sisil and Klove before he looks to the camera, his face serious, "Thank you, Sisil and Klove, for having me on your show."

"No problem Hnjek."

"For those watching at home, unknowing of why we are closing down our communities to Trive, it is because of their ideology of domination, exploitation, and expansion. They seek to grow an empire across the continent of Hespia, dwarfing the size of the Proust Hegemony of the 800s. It is our duties as anarchists devoted to the freedom of workers and the de-profitisation of labour that we do not allow our soil to be used for their gains. Black iron from Ypetm, used in the weapons of our militias and many other recreational firearms, should not be used against the slaves of Trive. Negotiations with such barbarians cannot occur, for it is against the nature of Kvask."

Klove nods and looks to the camera, "Thank you, Hnjek, for your time. Now, onto the heat wave happening down in Zhnek with our favourite weathfolk, Lhevn Goborovan."

Kvaskm International Communication Channel - Episode Six

A horrible buzz emits from the TV as two folk are sitting in the spot where Sisil and Klove usually sit. On the right is a burly lumberjack-looking man with a thick beard, dressed in the remnants of 1994; on the left, a much smaller framed, clean-faced man with a bright smile and eccentric clothes.

The smaller one begins after a short wave from his sleeve-covered hand, "Howdy! I'm Radkan Egrena, and this," he pats the larger man on the shoulder, "is my younger brother Brk Egrena, and we're filling in for Sisil and Klove this week as they are busy competing in Xiomera. If you haven't tuned in to their channels yet, I suggest you go to your local TV pirate and get a signal to catch them KICC some capitalist ass!"

The excited demeanor of Radkan is a heavy juxtaposition to the low and monotone Brk, "Yes, please support these beautiful folk in their quest to be icons to anarchists and transfolk everywhere." After a short raise of his fist, he continues, "Xiomera has had a lot of progress in LGBTQ rights, much more so than those bastards in Trive." He spits immediately into a bucket with a picture of the Emperor on it with a funny mustache.

Radkan has the camera focus on him as his smile has died down a bit, but not fully, "And now the weather, with Lhevn Goborovan."
