If we go off the assumption that this new map is the exact same size as earth then we can determine the longitude of Libertas Omnium Maximus pretty easily. My calculations put Libertas Omnium Maximus at between 7 and 23 degrees north. That puts us solidly in the same area as parts of Africa and Central America/Middle East and Mexico. Unfortunately, that probably means that we are going to have to overhaul much of our established ecology for Libertas Omnium Maximus. I had always pictured this new location having a Mediterranean climate but the math, unfortunately, proves me pretty definitively to be wrong.
