I would like to initiate some discussion on this issue.
I initially lean toward supporting a ban, but I would like to see some arguments for and against before making an informed decision.
There is some hesitation on my part to treat this as a 'no-brainer', as is my inclination.
I believe that research of chemical weapons is critical in both the technological capability, as well as from a defensive standpoint. It does not appear that this resolution would ban such research.
